About Sarah

I’m Sarah, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Play Therapist Supervisor based in Adelaide. I hold a Master of Play Therapy, a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science. I’ve also completed training in Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Theraplay, and clinical supervision.

I work with children and families to support their mental health and wellbeing, using play and relationship-based approaches. My goal is to help families develop skills for healthy connection, emotional regulation, and positive growth.

Alongside my clinical practice, I supervise play therapists across Australia and contribute to the education of future clinicians through the Master of Play Therapy program at Deakin University.
